Using the gold-standard Korr machine, we measure your exact resting metabolic rate through a simple 7–10 minute breath test. It’s noninvasive, incredibly accurate, and one of the most precise tools available to assess your metabolism.

Once we have your data, we’ll sit down together and map out exactly how many calories you need to eat to lose fat, build muscle, or maintain your results—based on science, not assumptions.

We’ll start with a call to map out your goals. From there, you’ll get a personalized monthly plan with mileage, pacing, and injury-prevention workouts—plus ongoing communication so we can adjust as you go.

Along the way, we’ll cover fueling, racing strategy, strength, recovery, and everything you need to run at your best.
